ה-N323RHT הוא בקר דיגיטלי של טמפרטורה ולחות יחסית. יש לו שלוש יציאות בקרה מסוג ממסר שניתן להגדיר לפעול כבקר, אזעקה או טיימר. חיישן הלחות והטמפרטורה אינו כלול (הוא נמכר בנפרד). החיישן מוגן על ידי קפסולת פוליאמיד ובעל כבל באורך 3 מטר.
